Hi i’m Felicia Fischhoff

I am a Jamaican-Canadian Registered Psychotherapist and Founder of Rooted in Resilience Psychotherapy & Wellness. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I believe that every person possesses resilience, even when life's challenges, trauma, or losses have made it difficult to see. I support individuals navigating trauma, racial trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions. With over a decade of experience working with youth and survivors of sex trafficking, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I tailor therapy to each client's needs, helping them move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
