Instructions
Relax your shoulders and let your hands rest naturally—on your lap or by your sides.
Close Eyes: Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Slow Breath: Take a slow breath in through your nose for a count of 4. Let your chest and belly expand naturally.
Count 2: Hold your breath for a count of 2
Slow Exhale: Now exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6. Imagine releasing tension, stress, or anything you’ve been holding onto
Inhale for 4 Hold for 2 Exhale for 6
Continue for several rounds: allowing your breath to become smooth and steady. With each exhale, feel your body soften just a little more.
To finish: take one final deep breath and return to your natural breathing rhythm. Notice how your body and mind feel.
